How to Vote
Voters in St. Louis County must register by October 13, 2026, either online via the Minnesota Secretary of State’s website, by mail, or in person at their local election office. On Election Day, November 3, 2026, voters can cast ballots at their assigned polling place between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM CST; early voting is available from September 18 to November 1, 2026, at designated county locations, and absentee ballots can be requested online or by mail with no excuse required.

Roger Nelson is a small business owner and former St. Louis County Highway Department employee with 25 years of experience in infrastructure maintenance and public works. He is campaigning on a platform of fiscal responsibility, improving road safety, reducing administrative waste, and supporting local logging and mining industries vital to the region’s economy.
